It is therefor our policy that within the 5 year warranty period from the original date of purchase Leishev basukkah will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. This warranty does not cover product failure due to owner misuse, negligence, weather damage, rust or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components which may be subject to normal wear and tear and need periodic replacement. This warranty is not extendable and not transferable.

All damages, defects or missing parts must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
